The refund is issued no later than 14 days after your withdrawal declaration. It may be deferred until we have received the returned item(s) or proof of their dispatch.

The refund is made to the payment method used for the order and covers all sums paid, including the delivery charges corresponding to the standard shipping method. If you opted for a faster delivery method, the additional cost remains at your expense.
