High waists, straight, cigarette or flared cuts, piped pockets, engraved metal buttons and doubled belt loops: every detail extends the vocabulary of the jacket. Grain de poudre, wool serge, nappa lambskin and jersey form a palette of materials chosen for the way they hold. Shorter in cut, shorts and bermudas take up the same construction, worn with a blazer or a fine knit. A wardrobe foundation, never a simple accompaniment.
