Returns are reviewed within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse.

Once your return has been approved, your refund is immediately initiated to the payment method used for your order, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
Please note that, before the return reaches our warehouse, the refund may be withheld until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If you return your entire order under your 10. Right of Withdrawal, the original delivery charges paid will also be refunded, where required by applicable regulations.
If several delivery methods were available, the refund is limited to the cost of the least expensive option. Any additional amount paid for a faster delivery method remains at your expense.

The time required for the funds to be credited then depends on the payment method used:
• Credit card: our bank processes the refund within 7 working days following the confirmation email. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank.
• PayPal: the refund generally appears in your PayPal account within 24 hours following the confirmation email.

To ensure that your refund is processed correctly, the bank account linked to the payment method must be held in the same country in which the order was placed.
