Your order may display different statuses:

• Confirmed
Your order has been confirmed and is currently being prepared in our warehouse. A confirmation email containing your order number has already been sent to you. At this stage, no action is required on your part: our teams are preparing your items with the utmost care before shipment. You will receive a new email as soon as your order has been handed over to our carrier.

• Order with Multiple Shipments
Your order may be prepared and shipped in several packages, for example when it contains several items. These packages are linked to different tracking numbers and will be delivered separately, at no additional cost to you. You can track their delivery at any time from the Track Your Order page or, if you are signed in, from the My Account section.

• Canceled
Your order has been canceled and will not be shipped. A cancellation may follow your request, an issue during the processing of your payment, or the unavailability of an item. If your order has already been paid for, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank. Should you have any questions, our Customer Service team remains at your entire disposal.

• On its way
Your order has left our warehouse and is now on its way to the delivery address provided. As soon as your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so that you can follow its progress in real time.
You can check the status of your order at any time from the Track Your Order page or, if you are signed in, from the My Account section.

• Delivered
Your order has been delivered to the address provided when placing your order. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received your package, we invite you to check with those around you and then review the tracking information. If you are still unable to locate your package, our Customer Service team remains at your entire disposal.
